Worship Christ. . . “Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.” Psalm 95:6 Our church family meets together Sunday mornings and evenings to worship our King and hear a relevant message from His Word. As we seek to enter the presence of the Lord in song, you will be blessed by the leadership of our worship choir and other gifted musicians through a variety of music styles. We hope all who worship with us will experience God’s powerful touch, and his wonderful, life-changing, healing grace. Nursery care provided through age 3. Children’s Church for 4-year-olds thru first grade. Love Christ. . . “This is love for God, to obey His commands.” 1 John 5:3 “By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” John 13:35 The true test of the family of God is love. The FBC family shares frequent times of fellowship and ministry together to grow in our love for one another and for those to whom God asks us to minister. Meeting needs within our body and community is a priority at FBC. Grow in Christ. . .“Speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into Him who is the Head, that is, Christ.” Ephesians 4:15 “For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life.” 1 Thessalonians 4:7 Studying God’s Word together, praying together, and holding each other accountable are ways we cooperate with God in the process of becoming more and more like Christ. Serve Christ. . .“The man who loves his life will lose it, while the man who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be.” John 12:25-26At FBC, many opportunities exist for believers to use their God-given gifts and abilities to serve Christ by serving others. Teaching children, youth or adults, leading in worship, reaching out to the sick, helping people in need, serving on a ministry team, and going on mission, are a few of many opportunities to express devotion to Christ at FBC.
